    It's a very nice hotel with a great staff. Very polite and responsive. Lots of on site parking outside and in a garage. Short walk from all of the restruants and bars downtown- just a few blocks away.

    It's a bit pricey.... but it is a quality hotel in a great location.

    We were provided a shuttle ride to and from the convention center, do not quit doing that and the driver was very accomidating.........

    The location of the Holiday Inn City Centre was perfect for my stay. I walked downtown for some shopping and dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver was polite and friendly and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time. A great experience; I will stay here again.

    There were some really noisy neighbors partying next door.

    The parking garage is not well lit- and a bit far when walking from garage to hotel with children and luggage.

    Staff very friendly & helpful when I called to see if we could get in room early.

    Room had very noticeable damage (probably water) on the ceiling with very large, poorly-done job of repair. The parking fee was small but still a bummer after $160 for a room in poor shape.

    Waitress was not uptodate with the restaurants menu. We had to remind the staff that our offer did include parking and breakfast.
